Care and conservation of manuscripts

Seminar, Copenhagen, 17-19 October 2012 The 14th international seminar on the care and conservation of manuscripts - organized by the Arnamagnæan Institute of the University of Copenhagen and the Royal Library - focuses on the care and preservation of manuscripts in the widest sense.

Among others the topics are:

• conservation techniques
• codicological, philological and book historical subjects
• digitization

The seminar is aimed at scholars, conservators, librarians, archivists, curators and people who work in the field of manuscript studies. At the moment the Call for Papers is running and open till 1st February 2012.
