Did you know…
...that the founding of EROMM was the second only of European Union library projects?
EROMM now contains over one million digitized works of Bavarian Libraries. These include for example books from the the 16th, 17th and 18th century, manuscripts, serials and works digitized in the project “OstDok”.
A lot of digitized publications are freely available today and this is also true for current digital publications as the idea of open access is spreading further.
If you are looking for a nice selections of freely accessible recent publications you can check out the Guide to Open Access Journals compiled by Sally Roy for example.
On Thursday 1st August 2013 the EROMM website and EROMM Search will be unavailable between 8:30 and 9:30 (CEST) due to server maintenance.
EROMM Classic is not affected and can be accessed via the URL http://gso.gbv.de/DB=2.8 during that time.
